H.B. Fuller: Alfredo L. Rovira was
elected to the H.B. Fuller board of
directors. His election expands the
board to 11 members.
Currently, Mr. Rovira serves as
senior partner in the law firm Brons
and Salas, located in Buenos Aires,
Argentina, and is managing partner
and chairman of the firm’s commercial
law department. Mr. Rovira is a
governor of the board of the
American Chamber of Commerce in
Argentina, and a board member for
several Argentinian companies.
